Job Responsibilities
- Responsible and familiar with front desk duties including greeting customers, handling customers’ enquiries and feedback management
- Provide administrative support to the guests
- Ensure smooth operations of the reception area
- Supervise junior Guest Relations Officer
- Host service committee meetings with other departments
- Host customer service training
- Communicate with related vendors on system requirements and enhancement
Requirements
- Degree or diploma holder, preferably in hotel or tourism management
- At least 2 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, hotel or related service industry
- People-oriented with full commitment to customer service
- Proactive and able to work under high pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
- Willing to work on shift
