Guest Relations Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible and familiar with front desk duties including greeting customers, handling customers’ enquiries and feedback management
  • Provide administrative support to the guests
  • Ensure smooth operations of the reception area
  • Supervise junior Guest Relations Officer
  • Host service committee meetings with other departments
  • Host customer service training
  • Communicate with related vendors on system requirements and enhancement 

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma holder, preferably in hotel or tourism management
  • At least 2 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, hotel or related service industry
  • People-oriented with full commitment to customer service
  • Proactive and able to work under high pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
  • Willing to work on shift
