Job Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and handling enquiries in a professional manner
- Handling feedbacks and complaints occasionally
- Responsible and familiar with front desk/concierge duties
- Assist and escort visitors and patients frequently
- Assist in promoting service excellence culture
- Serving both internal and external customers proactively
- Additional task assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Associate degree or diploma holder, preferably in hotel or tourism management
- Preferably in retail or hospitality experience
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of computer skill, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Email system
- Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Enthusiastic, positive, people-oriented and pleasant personality
- A good team player, able to work independently and under pressure
- Fresh graduate is also welcome
