General Practice Virtual Consultation
Virtual consultation offers flexibility to patients with medical needs while staying at home. While travelling time can be saved for resting and recovery, it is also convenient for people with limited mobility or living in remote area to receive timely and appropriate healthcare services.
Fee:
- Monday to Saturday (9am - 6pm): HK$480
- Sunday and public holidays (9am - 6pm): HK$595

- The service is available for eligible new and existing patients and is subject to doctor’s decision on whether the patient is suitable for virtual consultation. Eligible patients are persons who are:
- Holders of a valid Hong Kong identity card; or
- Minors who are Hong Kong residents and aged between 6 to 11.
- Advance booking is required, please make an appointment online (https://go.ghk.hk/gvcgpeng).
- The fee for general practice virtual consultation with basic medications and delivery service is as follows
- HK$480 on Monday to Saturday, 0900-1800
- HK$595 on Sunday and public holidays, 0900-1800
- The service is applicable to persons aged 6 and above. Clients aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to join the virtual consultation. Clients and the accompanying adult are required to present their valid identity cards before the start of the virtual consultation.
- Only available for persons physically in Hong Kong at the time of consultation.
- The service will be provided by designated doctor at Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong.
- The service cannot be exchanged for other services or products and is non-transferable.
- The service is offered to self-pay patients only, direct billing is not applicable.
- The service cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
- If cancellation is made via the online booking system two hours prior to the reservation consultation, a full refund will be arranged. However, if the registrant fails to cancel the booking two hours prior to the appointment consultation, or is absent on the day of the appointment, it will be treated as automatic abandonment, and registrant can apply for a refund while Gleneagles will deduct HK$100 from the refunded consultation fee as an administrative fee. The payment and booking made will be non-transferable.
- Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong only (excluding Ma Wan, Lo Wu, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Outlying Islands, Frontier Closed Area, Discovery Bay and village house / villas that vehicles cannot access). Delivery service is subject to final confirmation based on the delivery region. Gleneagles reserves the right to decline the delivery service to certain regions. If delivery is not possible, we will notify you by phone and you may choose to collect the medication yourself or request a change in the address before delivery.
- All medications delivered are non-refundable.
- Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles’ decision is final.
ALL-IN-ONE Flu Care Virtual Consultation

- The service is only applicable to patients suffering from Type A or Type B influenza and available for eligible new and existing patients and is subject to doctor’s decision on whether the patient is suitable for virtual consultation. Eligible patients are persons who are: 18 or above holding a valid Hong Kong identity card.
- Service available from now until 31 December 2025.

- The service includes doctor’s virtual consultation, designated antiviral medication and medication delivery service, package fee:
• Monday to Saturday: HK$798;
• Sunday and public holidays: HK$898; - Patients are required to present their valid identity cards before the start of the virtual consultation.
