- Medical escort service (non-emergency) promotional offer: HK$1,975 up and additional surcharge applies based on the service hour and when additional medical equipment is required.
- The service will be available daily from 8:00am to 8:00pm.
- Advance booking is required. Please specify the medical escort service (non-emergency) at the time of booking.

- This service is a point-to-point medical escort service (non-emergency) to/from Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong.
- All charges must be settled before the use of service.
- Service is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The payment is not exchangeable for cash or other products. It is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
- The service is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.
- Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles’ decision is final.
