1. Can I book this Low-dose CT Lung Scan (LDCT) individually for HK$900? 

No. This HK$900 offer is an "upgrade offer". Customers must first purchase a designated health check package (such as the Excellence, Premium, Affluence, Advanced, or Comprehensive Health Screening Plan) from Gleneagles Hospital or Gleneagles Medical Clinic Central, Hong Kong, before they can add on this upgrade service at the special price. In addition, this fee does not include the doctor's consultation fee.

2. Is there an age limit for this upgrade offer? Who qualifies under the "high-risk factors"?

Yes. This offer is applicable to individuals aged 18 or above who meet any of the following high-risk factors:
With a family history of lung cancer.
Smokers aged 50 or above.
Ex-smokers who quit smoking for less than 15 years.

3. If I choose to have my health check at the "Gleneagles Medical Clinic Central", will the CT scan also be conducted at the clinic?

No. The Central Medical Clinic provides registration and consultation services for the related health check packages. However, since a CT scan requires large-scale professional precision equipment, the Low-dose CT Lung Scan and other related imaging examinations will be centrally arranged and conducted at Gleneagles Hospital in Wong Chuk Hang.

4. I have medical insurance. Can this HK$900 upgrade fee be settled via Direct Billing by my insurance company?

No. According to the terms and conditions, this discount offer is only applicable to settlements made in the form of self-payment (out-of-pocket). Any form of direct billing or direct settlement by insurance companies or third parties is not applicable to this offer.
