Accounting Officer (Contract)

Job Responsibilities
- Handle different stakeholders on various claims and direct payment issues
- Focus on communication with other departments and corporate partners in providing support on direct billing services, including B2B services
- Maintain the service standard and turnaround time for direct payment and claims process
- Participate in various projects on the development and enhancement of operation systems and workflows
- Indexing / data input for claims information
- Assist to manage daily direct payment and claims operation and provide support to other team members
- Prepare regular direct payment and claims management reports and analysis
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivables
- Support ad-hoc projects as requested
Requirements
- Diploma or above in related disciplines
- Relevant working experience in healthcare, hospitality, medical claims or insurance field
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
- Be self-motivated and proactive with the ability to prioritize with limited guidance
- Able to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
