Accounting Officer (Contract)

  • Handle different stakeholders on various claims and direct payment issues
  • Focus on communication with other departments and corporate partners in providing support on direct billing services, including B2B services
  • Maintain the service standard and turnaround time for direct payment and claims process
  • Participate in various projects on the development and enhancement of operation systems and workflows
  • Indexing / data input for claims information
  • Assist to manage daily direct payment and claims operation and provide support to other team members
  • Prepare regular direct payment and claims management reports and analysis
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts receivables
  • Support ad-hoc projects as requested

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in related disciplines
  • Relevant working experience in healthcare, hospitality, medical claims or insurance field
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
  • Be self-motivated and proactive with the ability to prioritize with limited guidance
  • Able to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
