3. Advance booking is required, please specify the vaccination programme at the time of booking.

4. Vaccination service is provided at:
   i) Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong - Health Screening Clinic, Clinic K, 1 Nam Fung Path, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong; or
   ii) Gleneagles Medical Clinic Central, Hong Kong – Unit 2008B, 20/F, New World Tower 1, 16-18 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong.
5. Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) vaccination is recommended for persons aged 60 or above, especially those with chronic diseases.
6. Vaccination Subsidy Scheme is not applicable to this offer.
7. Vaccine is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
8. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
9. Discounts of the above offer is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.
