RSV is highly contagious and poses greater health risks to pregnant women (weeks 32–36 of pregnancy), unborn babies, and individuals aged 60 or above. Vaccination during weeks 32–36 allows antibodies to pass through the placenta to the unborn baby, providing direct protection after birth. Adults aged 60 or above are also recommended to receive the vaccine to strengthen their own protection.

1. How does the (RSV) vaccine taken by a pregnant woman protect her newborn?

After vaccination between weeks 32 and 36 of pregnancy, the mother’s body produces antibodies. These antibodies are passed to the baby through the placenta, helping provide direct protection during the first few months of life, before the baby is old enough to be vaccinated.

2. Is it necessary to see a doctor before receiving the vaccine?

Yes. The offer already includes a doctor’s consultation fee. The doctor will assess your health condition to ensure you are suitable for vaccination.

3. How long is the promotion period?

The offer is valid from now until 31 December 2026. Vaccine availability is subject to stock availability. Early booking is recommended.
