1. The promotion period is from now to 31 December 2024.
2. The carfare refund programme is only applicable to those who attend the hospital as an outpatient during the promotional period mentioned above, and use the complete treatment plan of the Radiotherapy and Oncology Centre.
3. Advance registration is required. You must register with the staff at the Radiotherapy and Oncology Centre on the day undergoing the radiotherapy planning. After successful registration, you will be able to enjoy the offer.
4. Promotion details: During the aforementioned period, if you travel to Gleneagles’ Radiotherapy and Oncology Centre for a complete treatment plan using the following modes of transportation, you will be able to enjoy one the following carfare rebate programmes:
   1. Plan 1 – Carfare rebate
      1. After completing the radiotherapy planning, the relevant fare discount will be immediately deducted when you make your first full payment;
   2. Plan 2 –  Complimentary car parking
      1. After each outpatient radiotherapy session, our staff will arrange to waive the parking fee for the first 3 hours;
      2. Parking spaces will be available on a first-come-first-served basis upon parking lot availability;
5. If you choose Plan 1, the rebate amount will depend on the total amount spent on the radiotherapy treatment or the number of treatment sessions, with a maximum limit of HK$6,000. For more details, please contact the Radiotherapy and Oncology Centre.
6. The programme cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other services under any circumstances.
7. The programme is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.
8. The programme cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
9. Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles’ decision is final.
