Your Voice, Our Actions
Striving to provide holistic care, we actively listen to the voices of our patients and their families, and turn their feedback into meaningful actions that bring extra warmth and support across the Gleneagles experience.
Healing through music
In response to suggestions to create a calmer and more comforting hospital environment through music, we launched Uniquely Yours – Melodies of the Heart, an online campaign which invited the public, our colleagues and doctors to share inspiring songs and melodies. From these contributions, we curated a special playlist that is now accessible via QR codes in various areas of the hospital, offering patients, visitors and colleagues moments of relaxation and emotional comfort.
Supporting emotional and mental well-being
Acknowledging the emotional strain faced by patients and their families, especially during critical illness, we enhanced our psychological and spiritual support services. The establishment of the Spiritual Support Group and the launch of Gleneagles Oasis reflect our commitment to caring beyond physical health, providing emotional, mental and spiritual support to patients, families and caregivers throughout their healthcare journey.

Making access to medication more convenient
Recognising the growing need for flexibility and convenience in accessing medications, particularly in an increasingly digital world, we introduced Gleneagles PharmaHome, our online pharmacy service. This initiative enables patients to order medications easily and securely, offering greater convenience while supporting continuity of care beyond hospital visits.
