- The package is valid from now until 30 September 2026 (Limited quota).
- Patients must meet the following criteria and will be assessed by designated orthopaedic surgeons and anaesthetists of Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong according to their clinical condition to determine suitability for participation in this programme:
- Aged below 75;
- Have reasonable functional status (e.g. able to walk independently or with minimal assistance);
- Body Mass Index (BMI) below 30 kg/m²;
- Generally fit for surgery.
- The offer is only applicable to designated Total Knee Replacement Surgery and Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) Package, which includes:
- Doctor and anaesthetist’s fee;
- Specified implant (unilateral) ;
- Operating theatre charges;
- Treatment charges;
- Nursing procedure charges;
- Equipment and instrument charges;
- 2-bedded standard room charges including basic meals;
- Medication fee, consumables, materials and specific implant charge;
- Costs related to complications (including charges of intensive care and re-operation related to the package procedure).
- The package applies only to patients staying in standard room and performing operation during office hours.
- The package only applies to normal-risk patients. Intermediate risk patients are subject to an additional surcharge.
