1. The Summer Sports Injury Support Programme is valid from now until 31 October 2026.
2. The Programme is applicable to holders of a valid student card or a valid sports association / sports club membership card.
3. The Programme applies to sports-related injuries only.
4. The Programme includes:
   1. Same-day specialist assessment
      1. Subject to the service hours of the Specialist Outpatient Clinic and doctor’s availability.
   2. Priority arrangement for diagnostic imaging services Applicable to sports injury-related diagnostic imaging services upon assessment and referral by a doctor of Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong, including X-ray, Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
      1. Priority arrangements are subject to appointment availability and examination schedules:
      2. Special arrangement for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI):
         1. Booking confirmed before 3:30pm will be arranged for same day examination whenever practicable.
         2. Bookings confirmed after 3:30pm will be arranged within 24 hours from the time of confirmation whenever practicable.
   3. A 20% discount on all sports injury-related diagnostic imaging services (including X-ray, CT and MRI) is applicable to both outpatient and inpatient services.
   4. 20% discount on surgery fees is applicable only to patients admitted to Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong for sports injury-related A La Carte surgical procedures.
   5. 30% discount on the Physiotherapy Package (5 Sessions) is applicable only to the designated Sports Injury Physiotherapy Outpatient Package (Promotion Code: REHPHY30) at a package price of HK$4,900.
      1. Physiotherapy services are available by appointment only from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
5. Doctor consultation fees, hospitalisation charges, medication fees, investigation fees and any other charges not specified under the Programme will be charged separately.
6. The Programme cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer and cannot be exchanged for cash, other services or products.
7. The Programme is non-transferable and non-refundable.
8. Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles’ decision is final.
