- The Sports Wellness Check-up Package is priced at HK$1,800. The package includes Blood Health Screening, ECG & Cardiologist Report, Doctor Consultation & Results Analysis, and a Complimentary Patient Lunch Set Menu.
- Echocardiogram and Treadmill Test are optional enhancement services. Enjoy 10% off when these services are added to the Sports Wellness Check-up Package at the time of booking. Optional enhancement services are charged separately and are not included in the package price.
- Fasting for at least 8 hours before the check-up is required; only plain water is permitted. Further pre-check-up instructions will be provided by healthcare staff at the time of booking.

- Service location: Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong – Health Screening Clinic, Clinic K, G/F, Tower B, 1 Nam Fung Path, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong.
- The lunch set is for consumption on the day of the check-up only and is subject to availability, restaurant operating hours and relevant arrangements. It cannot be exchanged for cash, other food items, products or services.
- The package does not include specialist follow-up consultations, additional diagnostic tests, treatment, medication, procedures, hospitalisation or any other medical services outside the scope of this package. If further follow-up is required based on the check-up results, relevant services will be arranged according to individual needs and charged separately.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions. It cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or services. The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be converted to other health-screening packages or services.
- This offer is available to self-pay clients only and is not applicable to direct billing, insurance claims, medical cards, corporate contracts or other third-party payment arrangements.
- Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions and to make the final decision on all matters relating to this offer. In case of any dispute, the decision of Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong shall be final.
