Special Programme for Public Hospital Cardiac Patient Referrals
Coronary Angiogram and Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) Programme

Terms & Conditions:

1. The programme is valid from 1 March 2025 til 31 December 2025.
2. The programme only applies to surgical procedures performed and confirmed by designated cardiologists of Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong. Advance appointment is required.
3. This programme is only applicable to Hong Kong Permanent Residents with a referral letter from the Hospital Authority (HA) or a notification letter of recommendation to undergo PCI procedure after diagnosis by a doctor at the HA. Patient is also required to provide a valid Coronary CT Angiogram report.
   • If patient does not have a valid result of Coronary CT Angiogram, he/she is required to join the “Coronary CT Angiogram Special Package” offered by Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong to decide on patient’s suitability of joining Gleneagles’ “Special Offer for Public Hospital Cardiac Patients – Coronary Angiogram and Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) Programme”. 4. Doctor reserves the right to decide on patient’s suitability of using the programme according to individual's condition upon assessment in a consultation.
5. The programme is not eligible to patients with the following conditions:
   • Procedure proposed requires Rotablation (rotational atherectomy) / Shockwave Coronary Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL);
   • Unsatisfactory cardiac Left Ventricular (LV) Function — Ejection fraction (EF) ≤ 45;
   • Suffering from Chronic Total Occlusion (CTO) / Myocardial Infarction (MI) / Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS);
   • Currently on HA’s Coronary Artery Bypass (CABG) surgery waiting list.
6. Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) Package includes one coronary artery stent and two coronary balloons. If additional stents or other surgical instruments and equipment are deployed, additional fee will be charged.
7. This programme only applies to patients staying in Standard Room and performing operation during office hours.
8. This programme is not applicable to patients who need to conduct more than one procedure at one time.
9. All complications arising from the procedure that require additional treatment or medical items will not be included in the packages under this programme. (e.g. ICU, ECMO, IABP).
10. Packages under this programme are different from Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong’s “All-inclusive fixed price medical packages” and the respective terms and conditions do not apply to this programme.
11. The programme cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchanged for cash or other product. The package offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
12. Packages under this programme are provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable. 
13.  Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles’ decision is final.

Coronary CT Angiogram Special Package

Terms & Conditions:

1. The package offer is valid from 1 March 2025 til 31 Dcember 2025.
2. Advance appointment is required.
3. If patient is eligible to participate in the programme offered by Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong – “Special Offer for Public Hospital Cardiac Patients – Coronary Angiogram and Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) Programme” and patient does not have a valid result of Coronary CT Angiogram, patients eligible to enjoy this “Coronary CT Angiogram Special Package”.
4. The package offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchanged for cash or other product. The package offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
5. The package offer is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.
6. Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles’ decision is final.

5. The programme is only applicable to patients receiving treatment during office hours and based on the designated cancers specified in the oncology outpatient referral letter issued by the Hospital Authority.
6. If the patient has commenced the cancer treatment at this hospital prior to this programme, he/she is not eligible to enjoy this programme.
7. The programme is only for patients paying directly in cash or by credit card only, and not applicable to direct billing claims.
8. The programme cannot be used in conjunction with other programmes / packages.
