The package is only applicable to persons aged 14 or below.
The package is only applicable to the designated registered Chinese medicine specialist of Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong.
The treatment plan will be determined by a Chinese Medicine specialist based on individual clinical assessment.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
This package does not include specialist follow-up consultation fees, treatment fees, medication fees, or any other services not covered by the package.
