1. This package is valid from 2 January 2026 until 31 December 2026.
2. Advance booking is required. Please specify the choice of package at time of booking.
3. Service location: Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong－Clinic N, Obstetrics & Gynaecology Clinic, 1 Nam Fung Path, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong.
4. The package includes：
   1. Consultations with an obstetrics and gynaecology specialist for three times with prescribed medication;
   2. Three follicle ultrasound monitoring sessions;
   3. Hormone monitoring (one-time serum progesterone blood test).
5. The package is only applicable to women aged 18 or above, and the suitability of the fertility services will be determined by a doctor upon evaluation.
6. Specialist’s follow-up consultation, treatment or medication shall not be provided for the health assessment.
7. The package cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchanged for cash or other product. The package is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
8. The above package is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.
9. Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles’ decision is final.
