1. Programme starts from now until 31 December 2026. 
2. Vaccine packages:
   1. Diphtheria (reduced dose), Tetanus, Acellular Pertussis Vaccine (dTap) (3-in-1): HK$1,370 (inclusive of doctor’s consultation and one dose of vaccination)
   2. ACWY Meningococcal vaccine: HK$1,750 (inclusive of doctor’s consultation and one dose of vaccination)
      
   3. Meningococcal B vaccine: HK$3,800 (inclusive of doctor’s consultation and two dose of vaccination)
3. The suitability of the vaccine will be determined by doctor upon assessment. Patients aged 18 below must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to take the vaccine.
4. Advance booking is required. Please specify the vaccination programme at the time of booking.

5. Vaccination service is provided at:

6. Vaccination Subsidy Scheme is not applicable to this programme.
7. Vaccination service arrangements are subject to vaccine availability.
8. The above programme cannot be used in conjunction with other programmes; it cannot be exchangeable for cash or other product. It is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
9. The above programme is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.
