1. Diphtheria (reduced dose), Tetanus, Acellular Pertussis Vaccine (dTap) (3-in-1)

2. Meningococcal Vaccine
   Some popular overseas study destinations are considered high-risk areas for meningococcal infections.
   1. ACWY Type / MenACWY: HK$1,750 / 1 dose (Includes doctor's consultation fee and injection fee for one dose)
   2. B Type / MenB: HK$3,800 / 2 doses (Includes doctor's consultation fee and injection fees for two doses)

Service Locations and Booking Methods

This vaccination programme is available at both the Health Screening Centre of Gleneagles Hospital and Gleneagles Medical Clinic (Central). Advance appointment is required, and please specify the programme name at the time of booking.

1. The programme is valid from now until 31 December 2026.
2. The vaccination programme is subject to assessment by a doctor to determine suitability; individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for vaccination.
3. This programme is not applicable to the Vaccination Subsidy Scheme.
4. The arrangement of vaccination services is subject to vaccine availability.
5. This programme cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, cannot be redeemed for cash or other products, and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
6. This programme is only applicable to self-pay patients; direct settlement by insurance or third parties is not applicable.
7. Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, the decision of Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong shall be final.

1. Can students under the age of 18 receive the vaccine on their own?

   According to the programme terms, this vaccination programme must first be assessed by a doctor to determine suitability. If the person receiving the vaccine is under 18 years old, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

2. Does the fee for this programme include the doctor's consultation fee and the injection fee?

   Yes, the fee is fully inclusive. The package prices displayed on the webpage (such as dTap 3-in-1 hybrid vaccine HK$1,370, MenACWY vaccine HK$1,750) already thoughtfully include the doctor's consultation fee as well as the required injection fees, with no other hidden charges.

3. I have a government vaccination subsidy scheme or a school/company medical card. Can I use it to deduct the fee?

   No. This programme is not applicable to the government's "Vaccination Subsidy Scheme". At the same time, all promotional discounts and package prices are only applicable to transactions made on a self-pay basis; "Direct Settlement" by insurance or third parties is not accepted.

4. What is the difference between the "ACWY type" and "B type" Meningococcal vaccines? How many doses are required?

   They target different serogroups of Neisseria meningitidis (meningococcal bacteria). The fees and number of doses also differ:

   1. ACWY Vaccine: HK$1,750, requires only 1 dose (Includes one injection fee).
   2. B Type Vaccine: HK$3,800, requires a total of 2 doses (Includes two injection fees).

5. Can I go directly to the hospital or clinic to get the injection at any time? Do I need to book in advance?

   Advance booking is mandatory for everyone, and the supply of vaccines depends on vaccine availability. Please be sure to specify the "Overseas Study Vaccination Programme" when making an appointment. You may choose to receive the vaccination at either the Health Screening Centre of Gleneagles Hospital or Gleneagles Medical Clinic (Central).
