2. The package includes a Hepatitis B vaccine (one booster dose) and a Hepatitis B surface antibody test for HK$640 (Including a doctor consultation, one vaccine dose and a blood test).
3. Hepatitis B surface antibody test will be conducted 8 weeks after the Hepatitis B vaccination.
4. The package is only applicable to individuals whose hepatitis B surface antibody test results are abnormal after a health screening.
5. Doctor reserves the right to decide on patient’s suitability of using the package according to individual's condition upon assessment in a consultation.
6. Advance booking is required. Please specify the choice of package at time of booking and contact Gleneagles Medical Clinic Central, Hong Kong at (+852) 2810 9188 for an appointment.
7. Service location: Gleneagles Medical Clinic Central, Hong Kong – Unit 2008B, 20/F, New World Tower 1, 16-18 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong.
8. The package is only applicable to the designated doctors of Gleneagles Medical Clinic Central, Hong Kong.
9. Specialist’s follow-up consultation, treatment or medication shall not be provided for the health assessment.
10. Vaccine is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
11. The package cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchanged for cash or other product. The package is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
12. The package is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.
13. Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles’ decision is final.
