3. The package is applicable to babies and children up to 24 months old, and the suitability of the vaccine will be determined by doctor upon assessment.

6. The Vaccination Subsidy Scheme is not applicable to this package.
7. Vaccine is offered on a first-come, first-served basis; while stocks last.
8. The package cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchangeable for cash or other product. The offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
