Terms & Conditions:

1. The Gleneagles Dispensary Stamp Card Programme is valid from now until further notice.
2. Stamps collected under the programme are valid for one year from the date of the first stamp collection, and must be used within that one-year period.
3. Service and gift redemption location: Gleneagles Dispensary – G/F, Tower A (left side of Front Desk), Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong, 1 Nam Fung Path, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong.
4. The programme applies only to physical in-store purchases of over-the-counter purchases and prescription dispensing services. One stamp will be awarded for every HK$500 spent (actual spending after any other discount) at the Gleneagles Dispensary.
5. Collect 5 stamps to redeem a gift valued at approximately HK$100; collect 10 stamps to enjoy a 8% discount on the next purchase at Gleneagles Dispensary (excluding discounted products and adult nutritional drinks).
6. Stamps from different cards cannot be combined.
7. No replacement will be granted in case of loss or damage. Gleneagles Dispensary bears no responsibility for lost cards or failure to redeem within the validity period.
8. The original stamp card must be presented upon payment for redemption. Photocopies or fax copies will not be accepted.
9. The programme cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The programme is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
10. The programme is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.
11. Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles’ decision is final.
