1. Flu vaccine package special offer: 

     1.1 Injected flu vaccine - HK$450 (inclusive of doctor’s consultation and one dose of vaccination);

     1.2 Nasal spray flu vaccine - HK$630 (inclusive of doctor’s consultation and one dose of nasal spray flu vaccination);

Vaccination service is provided at Gleneagles’ 24-hour Outpatient & Emergency Department. Services available from Monday to Friday 9am – 8pm; Saturday 9am – 1pm; excluding Sunday and Public Holiday;

 3. The above offer is valid from 7 September 2023 until further notice;

 4. 4.1 Injected flu vaccination – kids aged 6 months through 8 years:

     a. Two doses are needed if not previously vaccinated with influenza vaccine and with at least 4 weeks apart;

     b. If vaccinated with influenza vaccine in the past, doctor will recommend if one dose or two doses is/are required according to the vaccination history;

     4.2 Nasal Spray flu vaccination is suitable for persons aged 2 to 49. As the dosage requirements among age groups are different, please consult doctor for more details;

 5. Vaccination Subsidy Scheme is not applicable to this offer;

 6. Vaccine is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last;

 7. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchangeable for cash or other product. The offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable;

8. The above offer is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable;

9. Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles’ decision is final.
