1. Trivalent Flu vaccine package special offer: 

     1.1 Injected Inactivated Influenza Vaccine (IIV)

     1.2   Injected Recombinant Influenza Vaccine (RIV) - HK$560 (inclusive of doctor’s consultation and one dose of vaccination);

     1.3   Nasal Spray Live Attenuated Influenza Vaccine (LAIV) - HK$530 (inclusive of doctor’s consultation and one dose of nasal spray flu vaccination);

3. Vaccination service is provided at:

     a. Gleneagles’ 24-hour Outpatient & Emergency Department;
         i. Services available from Monday to Friday 9am – 8pm; Saturday 9am – 1pm; excluding Sunday and Public Holiday;

     b. Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong - Paediatric Clinic (Clinic P).

 4. The above offer is valid from 7 September 2023 until further notice;

 5. 5.1 Injected Inactivated Influenza Vaccine (IIV) – suitable for persons aged 6 months or above;

    　—　Children aged 6 months through 8 years: 

     a. Two doses are needed if not previously vaccinated with influenza vaccine and with at least 4 weeks apart;

     b. If vaccinated with influenza vaccine in the past, doctor will recommend if one dose or two doses is/are required according to the vaccination history;

    　—　Individuals aged 9 years or above: only one dose is required;

     5.2 Injected Recombinant Influenza Vaccine (RIV) is suitable for persons aged 18 or above;

     5.3 Nasal spray Live Attenuated Influenza Vaccine (LAIV) is suitable for persons aged 2 to 49. As the dosage requirements among age groups are different, please consult doctor for more details;

 6. This offer is applicable to designated doctors only;

 7. Vaccination Subsidy Scheme is applicable to this offer. Please inquire with the relevant department for the list of participating doctors;

8. Vaccine is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last;

9. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchangeable for cash or other product. The offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable;

10. The above offer is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable;

11. Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles’ decision is final.
