Part A — New Dialysis Patient Promotion

1. Offer period: The New Dialysis Patient Promotion is valid until 31 December 2026, unless otherwise extended or amended by Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong.
2. This promotion is applicable to eligible new dialysis patients who commence dialysis treatment at the Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong Dialysis Centre during the promotional period.
3. Eligible new dialysis patients can enjoy a 20% discount on dialysis treatment fees for the first six (6) months of treatment.
4. The 20% discount applies to dialysis treatment fees only. It does not apply to medications, laboratory tests, medical consultations, consumables, imaging examinations, or other hospital services, unless otherwise specified.
5. Eligible new dialysis patients will receive a transport subsidy of up to HK$150 for each of the first ten (10) completed dialysis sessions, subject to the actual transportation expense stated on a valid receipt.
6. Patients must attend their scheduled dialysis sessions and submit a valid transportation receipt to qualify for the transport subsidy. The subsidy amount will be based on the actual transportation expense incurred, up to a maximum of HK$150 per eligible dialysis session. Missed, cancelled, or rescheduled sessions are not eligible for subsidy claims.
7. The transport subsidy is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
8. For the purpose of this promotion, a “New Dialysis Patient” refers to a patient who has not received dialysis treatment at the Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong Dialysis Centre within the preceding six (6) months.
9. Patients receiving the transport subsidy are not eligible for complimentary parking during the transport-subsidy period.
10. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other dialysis treatment discount programmes unless otherwise approved by Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong.

Part B — Existing Dialysis Patient Benefits

1. Offer period: Existing Dialysis Patient Benefits are available until further notice.
   
2. Eligible existing dialysis patients are entitled to one complimentary Body Composition Monitoring Analysis (BCMA) and one complimentary Electrocardiogram (ECG) per calendar year, subject to appointment availability and the relevant terms and arrangements.
3. Eligible existing dialysis patients are entitled to complimentary parking on dialysis treatment days. Complimentary parking is available to day dialysis patients only and is subject to the Hospital’s prevailing parking arrangements, parking availability, validation procedures, and other applicable parking terms and conditions.
4. For the purpose of these benefits, an “Existing Dialysis Patient” refers to a patient who has received continuous dialysis treatment at the Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong Dialysis Centre for more than six (6) months.
5. The complimentary BCMA and ECG must be arranged in advance and are subject to appointment availability. They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or services.
6. Patients receiving the transport subsidy under the New Dialysis Patient Promotion are not eligible for complimentary parking during the transport-subsidy period.

General Terms

1. The promotion and benefits do not include medications, laboratory tests, medical consultations, consumables, imaging examinations, additional procedures, treatment, hospitalisation, transport costs exceeding the stated transport subsidy, parking charges for inpatients, or any other hospital services outside the scope of this promotion. Any additional services will be charged separately.
2. All promotion and benefit entitlements are applicable only to eligible patients. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or services.
3. This promotion and the existing- patient benefits cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts or promotions, unless otherwise specified or approved by Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong.

6. This promotion and the existing-patient benefits are available to self-pay clients only and are not applicable to direct billing, insurance claims, medical cards, corporate contracts or other third-party payment arrangements.
7. Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong reserves the right to determine patient eligibility and to amend, suspend or terminate the New Dialysis Patient Promotion, the Existing Dialysis Patient Benefits and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong shall be final.
