1. 24-hour Outpatient and Emergency service fee adjustment
   1. 24-hour Outpatient and Emergency services consultation fees
      Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays):
      1. Consultation fee from 9am to 7:59pm: HK$400
      2. Consultation fee from 8pm to 11:59pm: HK$500
      3. Consultation fee from midnight to 8:59am: HK$800
         Saturday (excluding public holidays):
      4. Consultation fee from 9am to 12:59pm: HK$400
      5. Consultation fee from 1pm to 11:59pm: HK$600
      6. Consultation fee from midnight to 8:59am: HK$800
         Sunday and public holidays:*
      7. Consultation fee from 9am to 11:59pm: HK$600
      8. Consultation fee from midnight to 8:59am: HK$800
         The above are doctor consultation fees. Other charges (including but not limited to minor procedures, medications and laboratory tests) will be charged separately.
   2. The Medication Care Pack Plans: 
      1. 3-Day Medication Care Pack: HK$120
      2. 5-Day Medication Care Pack: HK$150
         
2. The Medication Care Pack Plan is available to patients attending the 24-hour Outpatient and Emergency Department at Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong.
3. Choices of medication are subject to clinical assessment and prescription by the attending doctor.
4. The Plan includes up to 5 medications from the Basic Medication List. The type and quantity of medications prescribed are subject to the attending doctor’s clinical assessment and judgement.
5. Doctor consultation fees, treatment fees and any medications not included in the Medication Care Pack Plan will be charged separately.
6. The Plan is primarily designed for patients presenting with the following common minor conditions:
   1. Upper respiratory tract infections (cold / flu)
   2. Mild gastrointestinal conditions 
   3. Acute allergy and skin conditions
   4. Pain and inflammation
7. The attending doctor will determine whether the Medication Care Pack is clinically appropriate based on the patient's condition.
8. The plan cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchangeable for cash or other product. The offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
9. Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles’ decision is final.
