The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong and Gleneagles Hong Kong Strengthen Partnership to Advance Wellness Tourism

Through Integrated Hospitality and Preventive Healthcare with a Brand-New Getaway Experience

Hong Kong, July 2026 – The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong and Gleneagles Hong Kong, part of the IHH Healthcare multinational network, have reaffirmed the shared commitment to advancing wellness tourism in Hong Kong through an innovative collaboration that brings together luxury hospitality, preventive healthcare and personalised wellbeing experiences.

Senior representatives from both organisations gathered at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong today to celebrate the positive market response to the newly launched ‘FULLERTON × GLENEAGLES: THE VITALITY RESET GETAWAY’ programme. This brand-new integrated wellness experience is designed with professional medical support from Gleneagles Hong Kong to help guests gain a deeper understanding of their biological age and core health indicators, and to encourage the public to manage their personal health in a more proactive manner through scientific, personalised, and professional guidance. Officially launched in July 2026, the programme marks a significant milestone in the collaboration between the two brands.

The partnership reflects the growing demand for unique travel experiences that support both physical well-being and preventive health management. By combining The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong’s oceanfront sanctuary with Gleneagles Hong Kong’s core strengths in preventive medicine and advanced health technologies, the initiative successfully creates a distinctive cross-sector experience bridging the hospitality and healthcare sectors, offering travellers a more comprehensive, evidence-based health and wellness journey.

Responding to Evolving Wellness Travel Trends: From Reactive Treatment to Proactive Healthcare
As consumers increasingly prioritise health management, wellness tourism continues to emerge as one of the fastest-evolving segments within the travel industry. Through this collaboration, guests can access the AgeQ™ Biological Age Health Assessment at Gleneagles Healthcare Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong, to understand their actual biological age and five core health indicators utilising medical data, while enjoying a restorative stay overlooking the South China Sea at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong.

The initiative demonstrates how strategic cross-sector partnerships can create more holistic guest experiences while supporting Hong Kong’s aspiration to strengthen its unique appeal as a destination for wellness, medical and lifestyle tourism.

Leadership Commitment to Wellness Innovation
Christina Cheng, General Manager of The Fullerton Hotel Hong Kong said, “At The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong, we continually seek meaningful ways to enrich our guests’ experiences. Our collaboration with Gleneagles Hong Kong reflects a shared vision of empowering individuals to embrace healthier lifestyles while enjoying the restorative benefits of a premium oceanfront retreat. Together, we are creating experiences that go beyond traditional hospitality and support long-term wellbeing.”

“At Gleneagles Hong Kong, we believe preventive healthcare plays a critical role in helping individuals better understand and manage their health. Through this partnership, we are delighted to extend our expertise beyond the clinical environment and support guests on their wellness journeys through accessible, evidence-based health insights and personalised recommendations,” said Mrs Joyce Smith, Regional Chief Commercial Officer of IHH Healthcare North Asia and Chief Commercial Officer of Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong.

Driving Future Collaboration
Both organisations view the partnership as an important step towards fostering greater awareness of preventive healthcare and wellness-focused travel experiences in Hong Kong.
