(6 August 2026 – Hong Kong) PURE Group, one of Asia’s leading premium fitness and wellness brands, and Gleneagles Hong Kong (Gleneagles), part of the IHH Healthcare multinational network, today announced a landmark strategic partnership designed to bridge the long-standing gap between clinical care and everyday fitness and wellness practices.
Through the collaboration, named Project Healthspan, PURE Group and Gleneagles aim to co-create one of the world’s first large-scale integrated ecosystems combining medical services, preventive medicine, fitness, recovery, nutrition and lifestyle optimisation under a shared vision focused on improving long-term health outcomes and healthspan. The partnership reflects a unified commitment to supporting individuals in maintaining better health through a more connected model and proactive approach. It will commence with the launch of an integrated Continuous Glucose Monitoring programme, and will progressively expand to include a range of preventative and personalised health and wellness initiatives.
While healthcare systems have traditionally focused on diagnosis and treatment of illness, and wellness services have focused on lifestyle enhancement, the partnership seeks to foster closer alignment between medical insight and daily habits. The collaboration combines Gleneagles’ expertise in diagnostics, preventive screening and evidence-based medicine with PURE Group’s capabilities across movement, recovery, nutrition, coaching and sustainable lifestyle change. It also responds to growing concerns around chronic disease risks, metabolic dysfunction, burnout and ageing populations, alongside rising demand for preventive and personalised health solutions.
“Healthcare and wellness have often operated separately, despite being deeply connected,” said Rey Bolivar, Managing Director of PURE Group. “This partnership is about creating a more joined-up ecosystem that helps people not only live longer, but stay healthier, stronger and happier for longer.”
Dr Kenneth Tsang, Regional Chief Executive Officer of IHH Healthcare North Asia and Chief Executive Officer of Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong, said, “We are committed to providing world-class and personalised healthcare, ensuring that the best support is offered at every stage of people's health journey. We are exciting about this unique partnership which will empower participants to manage their health proactively and adopt meaningful changes for better overall well-being.”
The first service to launch under the partnership will be a Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) programme, named as The Metabolic Blueprint, which is an exclusive 14-day programme that uses CGM to reveal how participants’ unique body responds to food, exercise, stress and sleep. Combining Gleneagles’ clinical expertise with PURE’s specialists in movement, nutrition and recovery, the programme translates their real-time data into practical, personalised guidance and health advice that help the participants eat smarter, train more effectively, recover better and build healthier habits. The result is a personalised blueprint based on how their body works - cutting through conflicting wellness advice to help them improve their energy, metabolic health, performance and long-term wellbeing.
The CGM programme is planned for launch in August 2026, with details to be announced in due course. Additional preventive health and wellness initiatives are expected to be introduced as the collaboration evolves.
