IHH Healthcare North Asia serves as the Official Medical Service Provider of the 2026 Rolex Shanghai Masters, leveraging clinical expertise from Gleneagles Hong Kong and Parkway Shanghai to elevate medical support for the tournament

IHH Healthcare North Asia will continue to serve as the Official Medical Service Provider of the 2026 Rolex Shanghai Masters. As part of IHH Healthcare multinational network, Gleneagles Hong Kong and Parkway Shanghai will work together to provide medical support for the tournament. Since 2023, Parkway Shanghai has served as the tournament's official medical service provider, and this year marks the first time that IHH Healthcare North Asia will integrate its expertise and resources across Hong Kong and Shanghai, to provide on-site professional medical support to athletes of this premier ATP Masters 1000 tournament in Shanghai.

As one of the nine ATP Masters 1000 tournaments worldwide, the Rolex Shanghai Masters is the highest-level men's professional tennis tournament in Asia, attracting the world's top players and spectators from around the globe. Since the partnership began in 2023, Parkway Shanghai has been providing on-site medical services and emergency response support for the tournament. This year, Gleneagles Hong Kong and Parkway Shanghai will join hands to strengthen the tournament’s medical support provision, delivering a more comprehensive, professional and internationally focused healthcare experience including Gleneagles Hong Kong’s deployment of a team of doctors to Shanghai to support on-site. Experienced in serving international patients, Gleneagles will contribute its expertise in emergency care services, sports medicine, multidisciplinary collaboration and complex case management to help further elevate the tournament's medical support provision in partnership with the Shanghai team.

Notably, a Consultant in Emergency Medicine from Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong served as Team Physician of the Hong Kong, China delegation at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games and will join the delegation at the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Para Games in Japan this October to provide professional medical support for athletes. Gleneagles Hong Kong also considers its support to the Rolex Shanghai Masters as an apt platform to raise the public awareness of sports health, injury prevention and health management, as well as t encouraging more people to embrace an active lifestyle for better health and overall well-being. 

Parkway Shanghai entered the Chinese market in 2004 and, over the past two decades, it has steadily expanded its local footprint and has developed a comprehensive service network comprising a multispecialty hospital, ambulatory care centre, as well as medical and dental clinics.
