7. Specialist’s consultation or follow-up treatment shall not be included in the treatment.

9. The treatment is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.
10. Doctor reserves the right to decide on patient’s suitability of using the treatment according to individual's condition upon assessment in a consultation.
