Assistant Quality, Safety and Risk Management Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement risk evaluation and quality improvement program to meet the needs of the hospital
  • Follow-up on incidents, near misses and hazards, provide recommendations for future improvement
  • Conduct clinical audits
  • Leads and coordinates the organizational initiatives in patient safety
  • Provides oversight for risk management analysis, data management, and ensures compliance with the hospital’s operations
  • Develops processes and improvement plans with monitoring for sustainability and evaluation of effectiveness
  • Preparation for hospital accreditation
  • Create initiatives in identifying potential risks in the hospital and formulate preventative strategies in consultation with stakeholders, in accordance with relevant context

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years working experiences in healthcare institute, preferred in Nursing Degree
  • Experience in Occupational Safety and Health would be preferred
  • Experience in hospital accreditation and quality management would be an advantage
  • Higher qualification in quality & risk management would be an advantage
  • Good data processing and analysis skills
  • Good communication  interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
