Assistant Quality, Safety and Risk Management Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling incident and risk management duties
  • Play a key role in developing and implementing risk reduction strategies
  • Plan, coordinate, organize and manage training programs and quality improvement activities
  • Render support to quality-related projects, rounds, forums, meetings, programs, audits, and related activities
  • Coordinate and support activities related to hospital accreditation
  • Liaise with various clinical departments to ensure effective communication related to patient safety
  • Provide secretarial support to various clinical governance committees
  • Conduct data analysis to prepare documents for reporting for boards of directors, committees, and executives, etc.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Nursing or healthcare-related discipline
  • Post-qualification experience in healthcare administration, incident and risk management is preferred
  • Exposure to root cause analysis, incident data-mining, and clinical data analysis is highly preferred
  • Strong sense of discipline, good time management, can work under pressure, independent and self-motivated
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Good analytical ability and judgement, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Leadership potential and commitment
  • Commended in both written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
