Assistant Quality, Safety and Risk Management Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess, develop, implement and evaluate quality and risk management plans that meets the strategic objectives of the Hospital
  • Investigate on reported incidents for risk control and coordinate post-incident review team meetings to recommend improvement actions
  • Conduct and coordinate clinical audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead and coordinate the organizational initiatives in patient safety
  • Perform data collection, data analysis and management as appropriate in respective projects
  • Evaluate action plan and project outcomes to sustain quality and safety in delivery of services
  • Manage and coordinate with stakeholders in areas related to hospital accreditation
  • Manage Occupational Safety and Health (OS&H) programs to meet legislation requirements and organizational needs
  • Investigate on reported OS&H incidents and make recommendations to prevent recurrence
  • Conduct and coordinate OS&H training and evaluate feedbacks
  • Support the operations of the clinical research management office and communicate with stakeholders
  • Other duties related to quality, safety and risk management

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing Degree with at least 5 years working experiences in healthcare institute
  • Experience in Occupational Safety and Health would be preferred
  • Experience in hospital accreditation and quality management would be an advantage.
  • Higher qualification in quality & risk management would be an advantage
  • Good data processing, mining, and analysis skills
  • Good communication and  interpersonal skills
  • Align and work as a team to achieve results
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
