PRC Trainee Development Programme 中国内地毕业生培训计划 (Biomedical Engineering)

Our Functional PRC Trainee Development Programme provides first-hand exposure to our culture, people, and society.  You will have clear career paths and possibilities to explore and develop your future career in the healthcare industry. You will acquire functional competence and professional expertise not only through the diversified learning & development opportunities but also through participation of various hospital projects and job attachment in Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong (GHK).

Throughout the program, the trainees will: 

• Familiarise with operation practices of the business and gain understanding of the departments;
• Analyse business needs and market comparable; 
• Prepare and compile analytic and revenue reports; 
• Work closely with customers, internal and external parties. 

• Biomedical Engineering 

• Assisting the team in managing the total lifecycle of medical equipment used within the hospital campus, including:
  1. technology review of medical equipment/ system
  2. installation and commissioning of medical equipment/ system
  3. repair and maintenance of medical equipment
  4. monitoring medical equipment safety alerts
  5. replacement planning and disposal management of medical equipment
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
• On-call support during off-office hour

We are now looking for PRC graduates who meet the following requirements: 

• For trainees of Biomedical Engineering 
  • Degree holder or above in Biomedical Engineering or relevant
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English 
• Experience in relevant field (e.g. customer services, engineering and etc.) is preferred but not a must 
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office 
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills 
• Effective communication skills 

The work location will be in Hong Kong. 

GHK will be providing assistance for working visa application.
