Senior Dispenser

• Assist pharmacists in maintaining safe, effective and efficient hospital pharmacy services
• Perform drug dispensing, compounding, aseptic reconstitution, , stock refill, and other assigned duties related to pharmacy service and medication management under the supervision of a pharmacist and according to regulatory requirements
• Assist to conduct patient counseling by explaining usage, precautions and monitoring of the medications to patients
• Assist to monitor and maintain cost-effective drug inventory management and their proper storage
• Work with other healthcare professionals and supportive staff in delivering patient-centered care
• Assist in the training and supervision of dispensers and supportive staff
• Support or maintain service improvement project as needed
• Shift duty is required
• 5 working days per week

• Certificate or Higher Diploma in Dispensing Studies / Pharmaceutical Technology or equivalent, or Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or above
• At least 5 years’ clinic or hospital dispensing work experience
• Proficient in oral and written English and Chinese
• Proactive, independent, punctual, good time and project management
• Cautious, responsible, customer-oriented and a good team player
