Senior Biomedical Engineering Manager / Biomedical Engineering Manager

• Lead the BME department, providing comprehensive and quality BME support for hospital operations and projects
• Plan and manage budget, implement policies and procedures of the department, and monitor any program outcomes
• Supervise and coach BME staff, help subordinates’ career development and personal growth at the hospital
• Responsible for the implementation of the plan for medical equipment management, including but not limited to preventive maintenance, repair, medical equipment recalls, vendor service, quality improvement program and environment of care standards, etc.
• Lead the work of selection and evaluation of medical equipment in any procurement process
• Lead risk management of medical and radiological equipment
• Acts as a liaison between BME technical staff and clinical staff or managers out of BME department

• Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Engineering (Electronic, Biomedical or equivalent)
• Strong industrial acumen and sound technical knowledge
• Being familiar with hospital setting will definitely be advantage
• Over 10 years of relevant experience and at least 2 years at supervisory / managerial level
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
