• Demonstrate proficiency in daily clinical routines to ensure efficient, timely, and quality service delivery
• Deliver safe and effective patient care within the clinic setting
• Promote customer satisfaction by addressing service concerns and ensuring appropriate follow‑up
• Monitor patients’ responses to treatment or care and promptly report any changes in condition
• Provide comprehensive patient care and adhere to safety practices to maintain a safe clinical environment
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation in patient medical records
• Provide health education to patients and their families as directed
• Comply with hospital policies and international standards on infection control
• Follow hospital regulations on occupational safety and health
• Maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with doctors, patients, and relatives
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

• Holder of a valid Enrolled Nurse Practicing Certificate (Part 1) issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
• Valid BLS certification with bi‑annual recertification
• Demonstrated competence in core nursing skills and specialty‑related procedures
• Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and current nursing practices
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong customer service orientation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
