• Assess, plan, and manage patient‑specific care needs within the Specialist Outpatient Clinic setting
• Support the efficient operation of clinic services to ensure safe, smooth, and patient‑centered care delivery
• Maintain high standards of nursing care, especially for patients with critical or complex needs
• Deliver holistic patient care and adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment
• Ensure accurate, comprehensive, and timely documentation in patient medical records
• Supervise and guide junior nurses and HCAs to uphold quality nursing standards
• Provide health education to patients and families to enhance understanding and promote self‑management
• Comply with hospital policies and international guidelines on infection control
• Adhere to hospital regulations regarding occupational safety and health
• Maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with doctors, patients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Holder of a valid Registered Nurse Practicing Certificate (Part 1), issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
• Valid BLS certification with bi‑annual recertification
• ACLS certification required for nurses working in critical care areas
• Demonstrated clinical competence and technical proficiency
• Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and current trends in nursing practice
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
