Job Responsibilities
Prepare food orders according to standards established by Head Chef are constantly met
Maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen area.
Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
Assist to maintain and control food cost and wastage.
Ensure all food products are stored properly in the appropriate fridges.
Closely follow all HACCP related standards
Understand patient food requires
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
Minimum of 5 years' experience in culinary with at least 2 years in supervisory capacity
Good communication skills with ability to interact with guest and other departments
Good knowledge in HACCP and food hygiene.
Good problem Communication and interpersonal skill
Basic skill in computer application
