Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee, monitor and evaluate the operational performance of Gleneagles
  • Proactively enhance patient services and meet doctors’ needs
  • Direct the preparation of operating budgets and proposals for expenditure and investments in infrastructure, technology, equipment, systems or other assets and resources that best meet the Hospital’s business needs
  • Assist the Chief Medical Executive in developing goals or objectives for service development, physician engagement and clinical quality, and ensure their achievement and delivery in the most cost-effective way
  • Lead process workflow improvement efforts in Gleneagles, drive service quality improvement and clinical quality improvement
  • Enhance relationships among the medical community, affiliated hospitals and entities in IHH Group
  • Develop, implement, and periodically review all professional policies
  • Establish performance targets and monitor progress of such

Requirements

  • Medical degree from a recognized institution, with registration to practise medicine where applicable
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare operations, process improvement, general management, financial management and strategic planning
