Senior Technical Administrator (Project)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide a full spectrum of administration & executive supports to Plant Operations Department
  • Support and carry out feasibility study, cost estimation, tender process, project management for facilities enhancement projects, building maintenance, fit-out works, Alteration and Addition works (A&A works) etc
  • Conduct data entry tasks and upkeep all files, records and databases
  • Supervise junior Technical Administrator on daily works
  • Handle ad hoc duties & projects as required


  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Facility Management / Property Management; or other related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years’ relevant working experience in handling all-round facility management/property management
  • Hands-on experience in managing outsourced contracts and service providers
  • Good understanding of building operations and building services
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
