Human Resources Assistant (L&D)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of human resources and administration support
  • Support implementation and execution of Training and Development initiatives to support employee career growth
  • Coordinate training administration, logistics and preparing training materials
  • Support data input in HRIS for all HR functions, including staff information, training database, C&B records, etc.
  • Provide reception service, including making & receiving telephone calls, taking messages and arranging meetings, compiling work sheets
  • Provide administrative support to the department, such as distribution of incoming documents, procurement, inventory maintenance, etc.
  • Undertake any other miscellaneous duties as may be required


  • HKCEE / DSE or above with 5 passes including English and Chinese
  • Well-organized, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and approachable team player
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Familiar with PC operation such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
