Senior Analyst Programmer

Job Responsibilities
- Tracking deployment and implementation issues
- Provide supports on the planning, analysis, design, coding, testing, coordination, management on projects throughout the whole SDLC using agile approach
- Analyze, design and implement multi-tier web application systems
- Collect and manage user requirements
- Perform business analysis and align system requirement to fulfill stakeholders’ concerns
- Manage vendors on solution delivery and technical support
- Perform system analysis by reviewing technical documentations and provide recommendations
- Prepare technical documentations
- Control software quality by applying different quality assurance methodology
- Perform post-implementation analysis and reviews
- Provide ongoing support with in-depth business knowledge, analyze system change request and escalate a support request
- Provide end user training
Requirement
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience
- Experience in healthcare industry will be an advantage
- Good command of Chinese and English with good communication and writing skills
- Highly organized and the ability to adapt quickly to fast-changing priorities
- Open-minded with initiative, self-motivated, independent character
- Able to work independently to meet project deadline
- Hands-on experience in SDLC, including requirement collection, design, coding, testing, documentation and database design
- Hands on experience on HL7 protocol is preferred
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Analyst Programmer
