  • Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to Chief Financial Officer
  • Organize meetings, prepare agenda, minutes and related documents
  • Coordinate and liaise with different internal and external parties
  • Prepare and compose correspondences, presentation materials and reports
  • Assist in ad-hoc analytical tasks and projects 


  • Degree holder major in Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible and well-organized
  • Sensitive with numbers, analytical and detail-oriented
  • Nimble learner
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
