Terms & Conditions:

1. Promotion period: 29 April, 2022 - 30 July, 2022, available with limited quantity and on a first come, first served basis while stocks last.
2. Advance booking is required. Please specify the choice of health screening package at time of booking.
3. Service location: Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong－Health Screening Clinic, 1 Nam Fung Path, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong.
4. 3D mammogram is recommended for women aged 40 and above or women aged 35-40 with a family history of breast cancers.
5. For clients aged below 40, please select breast ultrasound instead. The suitability is subject to individual patient’ s conditions and doctor’ s advice.
6. Clients with abnormal breast check results in the past are recommended to consult a breast surgeon first.
7. Pregnant women are not recommended to have 3D mammogram.
8. HK$500 will be charged from client in case the above checkup is not recommended after doctor consultation.
9. Follow-up consultation, treatment or medication will not be provided for the health assessment.
10. Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles’ decision is final.
