2. The promotion offer is applicable to designated health screening services at Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong Health Screening Clinic.
3. Service location: Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong－Health Screening Clinic, Clinic K, 1 Nam Fung Path, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong.
4. Promotion details: within the above specified period, upon completing a single health screening at the Health Screening Clinic of Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong and with a total spending of HK$6,000 or above (not applicable to cumulative or combined spending), you will be entitled to receive gift voucher to enjoy A.I. echocardiogram service at a 50% discount (special price at HK$490).
5. There is no limit to the number of times of participation in this promotion offer. Each client may participate in the promotion offer as many times as applicable.
6. The gift voucher only applicable for an A.I. echocardiogram service and does not include doctor’s consultation fee, treatment fee or medication fee, etc.
7. The A.I. echocardiogram service is only applicable to persons aged 18 or above.
8. The promotion offer is applicable to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.
9. Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.  In case of any dispute, Gleneagles’ decision is final.
