Job Responsibilities

  • To offer technical assistance to patients in using digital channels offered by GHK – primarily Patient App
  • Assistance provided shall both be onsite across departments as well as on digital space such as Emails andWhatsApp
  • To help GHK staff get familiarized with digital channels offered to patients


  • Strong people skills
  • Good problem solving skill
  • Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues
  • Ability to adhere to a schedule of customer appointments
  • An aptitude for acquiring skills in technical repairs and an eagerness to learn
  • Excellent prioritization skills and an ability to make decisions quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Success in team environments, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team  members
  • May be worked in shift
