Assistant Telephone Operator Supervisor / Telephone Operator

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible to provide 24/7 telephone communication for all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner
  • Responsible to accurately process a high volume and wide variety of calls by determining guests’ specific needs and connecting calls to correct areas
  • Answers and responds to all fire alarms, security alarms and codes in accordance with policy and procedure


  • Secondary education or above
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused and a good team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Medical office or emergency dispatch experience preferred
  • Experience in a high volume call centre preferred Good command of spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Telephone Operator
