Senior Healthcare Assistant (Phlebotomist)

• Deputize the Assistant Manager (SCC) when he/ she is off duty
• Maintaining of center discipline according to Clinical Laboratory Procedure for Staff Code of Conduct and GHK Disciplinary Procedure
• Coaching of staff to maintain positive working attitude and fulfillment of GHK core values, mission and vision
• Competent in training of junior or new join staff to be technically competent of all blood taking procedure and ECG performance as well as different specimen collection, delivery and preparation
• Competent in training of junior or new join staff to be familiar with all health screening packages as well as special blood taking workflow and instruction
• Competent and familiar with all blood taking procedure and workflow in both adult and pediatric patients
• Able to work independently and be the acting center in-charge when Assistant Manager is off duty and able to handle unexpected issue and event on different situation

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience as a Phlebotomist
• Demonstration of good communication, liaison and problem solving skill
• Familiar with different kinds of specimen collection, delivery and preparation
• Familiar with different kinds of ECG performance
• Familiar with both HMS and LIS operational features for SCC HCA (Phlebotomy)
• Familiar with and able to follow hospital policy and work instruction
• Shift duty is required
