Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • (1) Administrative Role:
  1. To establish and maintain proper inventory control and ordering system to support the needs of daily operations such as medical consumables, contrast media, films and stationaries
  2. To establish and oversee appropriate records management and filing systems
  3. To establish and oversee appropriate office procedures and systems
  4. To act as the Executive point of contact, liaise with stakeholders and action requests to coordinate communication and proactively ensure responses meet deadlines
  • (2) Secretariat Role:
  1. To prepare, manage and review the provision of high-level communications and correspondence including briefings, reports, submissions and notes to ensure the comprehensiveness, accuracy, and timeliness of written information
  2. To prepare Departmental Management Meeting Agendas in consultation with the Senior Manager
  3. To review, confirmation and distribution of above minutes
  4. To set up and provide additional meetings as necessary from time to time
  • (3) Personnel Management Role:
  1. To prepare duty rosters of Radiographers and Procedure Assistant in consultation with the Senior Manager and Senior Radiographers
  2. To supervise the daily operations of Receptionists and Service Assistants


  • Holder of Bachelor Degree of above
  • At least three years of administrative working experience
  • Previous working experience working in Radiology Department is preferred
