Senior Technical Administrator (Project)

Job Responsibilities
- Provide a full spectrum of administration & executive supports to Plant Operations Department
- Support and carry out feasibility study, cost estimation, tender process, project management for facilities enhancement projects, building maintenance, fit-out works, Alteration and Addition works (A&A works) etc
- Conduct data entry tasks and upkeep all files, records and databases
- Supervise junior Technical Administrator on daily works
- Handle ad hoc duties & projects as required
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Facility Management / Property Management; or other related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years’ relevant working experience in handling all-round facility management/property management
- Hands-on experience in managing outsourced contracts and service providers
- Good understanding of building operations and building services
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
