Clinic Assistant (Gleneagles Primo Surgical Centre)

Job Responsibilities
- Assist doctors and nurses in consultation and clinic duties
- Handle clerical duties including filing and scanning medical records in an organized manner
- Dispense medication to patients with accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform Electrocardiogram (ECG) tests as directed by healthcare professionals
- Take blood samples from patients for testing purposes
- Perform other duties assigned by Centre-in-charge
- Shift might be required depending on operational requirement
- Working location: Central
Requirements
- HKDSE or above
- Holding a recognized phlebotomy certificate and/or ECG training certificate is preferable
- Minimum 1 year’s hotline experience, preferably in medical and insurance field or frontline experience in clinical setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Mature, meticulous and independent with case handling
- Ability to work positively and well organize in a fast-paced environment
- Good command in spoken and written in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Good computer skills including MS Office
