Administrative Assistant/ Executive Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative & clerical duties
  • Provide assistance to the Medical Affairs team in support of all relevant works and activities
  • Liaise, coordinate and organize meetings
  • Handle phone enquiries
  • Prepare and manage incoming/ outgoing correspondences, reports and documents
  • Perform data entry tasks and upkeep the files, records and databases in good order
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors


  • An Associate Degree or Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as administrative support, previous experience in hospital industry is an advantage
  • Strong sense of discipline, good time management, can work under pressure, independent and self-motivated
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player
  • Commended in both written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
