Temporary Procurement Executive (6 months contract)

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase goods and services from both local and oversea vendors
- Assist in preparing tender documents and handling contract management
- Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions
- Evaluate vendor’s performance to align with hospital requirements
- Prepare monthly report and follow up the outstanding POs’ in the system
- Follow up “recall” and “complaint” case
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma in Purchasing & Supply Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in a similar capacity preferably in health care industry or hospital
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
- Good leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Knowledge on ERP system is preferable
- Good in spoken and written English and Chinese, good spoken Mandarin is preferable
